Brief: To bring consistency to all communication channels relating to the Chislehurst
Society and propose achievable ways to raise the profile and awareness of the Chislehurst Society. (Inc The Old Chapel).
Project: Reviewed and analysed all current communication channels including: social media platforms, emails, website, newsletters, magazines, letters and noticeboards. ? Researched views from members of the Society and the community. Presented report and proposal.
Agreed strategy and began process of finding a suitable designer and web designer. Worked with team to create a new clear mission statement. Trained individuals as needed on social media; oversaw and monitored results, provided further mentoring as required.
Prepared monthly analytics of all web platforms to review effectiveness of marketing strategy. Re-designed email newsletter and planned specific campaigns for the newsletter and social media to meet objects.
Result: There are now clear roles for members of the social media team, a new message has been written and there is a strategy in place to ensure messages are regularly communicated. Increase in engagement and numbers on all social media platforms.
